I'm a first-time customer. Where do I place my order?

All first-time orders, including new custom designs, are placed through our Etsy shop. That’s where we guide you through the design process and send your design proof before production.

How do I reorder a design you've already made for me?

If you've ordered from us before and want to reorder the same design, email us or contact us on Etsy and we’ll send you a private, password-protected link for check out.

What is the minimum order for custom socks?

Custom orders start at 40 pairs per design and size.

Can I split between sizes?

Yes. We offer Small/Medium and Large/XLarge. We ask that you order at least 40 pairs per size.

How long will my order take?

Custom orders take about 4 to 5 weeks from the time your design is approved. If you need your socks sooner, reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Can I include my logo or brand design?

Yes. We offer grip or stitched icons as well as optional embroidered logos. We’re happy to help you choose the best approach based on your design and timeline.

Do you offer non-grippy socks?

Yes. While most of our orders are for grippy socks, we also offer non-grip options. Let us know what you need when you reach out.

How do I place a wholesale order?

If you’re ordering 150 pairs or more email us at Kasey@blissfulsocks.com. We’ll follow up with pricing, design support, and everything you need to get started.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Shipping costs will vary depending on your location and order size.
